About this Event
Join Divas in Technology for a fun two-day program where participants will complete hands-on activities to learn the basics of app development! All Cadette Girl Scouts are welcome with no experience necessary! In this program, participants will learn about data collection and visualization, learn how to store data in arrays, and develop a prototype for a habit-tracking app. Plus, students will learn how 3D printers work and get to print out an interactive design! Participants will achieve the Coding for Good 3: App Development badge.
Program Dates: October 19 and 20 (Saturday through Sunday)
Program Timings: 9am-4pm (both days)
Program Location: Madison Area Technical College
Participant Age Group: Girl Scout Cadettes
Program Fee (per participant): $25
The program fee includes:
- Lunch (pizza)
- Snacks (fruits, veggies, chips)
- Divas in Technology swag

This program is conducted by Divas in Technology in partnership with Madison College Technical College and Badgerland Girl Scouts.
