Together, we’ll explore simple yet effective grounding practices — including grounding meditation, breathwork, and other supportive tools — to help calm the mind, relax the body, and reconnect with yourself.
This session is perfect for anyone feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply craving a moment of stillness. No prior experience is necessary — all bodies and abilities are welcome.
