Introduction to AikidoCommunity Workshops for the New Year

Join us for a mini-workshop to introduce the art and training of Aikido for anyone curious about practice. In this hour and a half, we'll discuss the history, etiquette, and philosophy of Aikido and overview the fundamentals of physical practice, from falling and rolling, to basic throws and pins.
Appropriate for adults and teens age 16 and older. All are welcome, and no experience, equipment, or special clothing is necessary.
Pre-registration is required.
