9D Breathwork Intro Session
This session is an introduction to 9D Breathwork and a chance to experience the practice in a safe, supported group setting.
You’ll be guided through The Origin — an immersive breathwork journey designed to help you reconnect with yourself, awaken your energy, and experience what 9D can feel like from the inside.
This is not a heavily themed session. It can feel energising, euphoric, emotional, peaceful, or deeply grounding. Everyone’s experience is different, and there is no right or wrong way for it to unfold.
Through breath, sound, headphones, and guided coaching, you’ll be supported to slow the mind, connect with the body, and explore a different state of awareness.
These intro sessions also offer a taste of the approach used within The 12 Journeys — a longer, structured breathwork journey split into three 4-week blocks, each with its own theme.
What to Expect
Through guided breathwork and layered 9D audio, you’ll be supported to:
- Release built-up stress and tension held in the body
- Calm the nervous system and settle mental overload
- Improve emotional regulation and inner awareness
- Feel lighter, clearer, and more grounded
- Create space for insight, rest, and reconnection.
You’ll be lying down comfortably, wearing headphones, and guided throughout the session. There is no need to talk or share unless you wish to.
Is This Session for Me?
This session is suitable if you:
- Are new to breathwork and want to try it gently
- Feel stuck, tense, or disconnected
- Want nervous system support without needing to “analyse” or relive past experiences
- Are considering joining a 4 week block and would like to experience the style first
No prior experience is needed — this session is beginner-friendly.
Important health note:
Breathwork uses active breathing and breath holds. It may not be suitable if you are pregnant, have epilepsy/seizures, a serious heart condition, uncontrolled high or low blood pressure, severe asthma/breathing issues, recent surgery, or a severe mental health condition such as psychosis or acute PTSD.
By booking, you confirm that you take responsibility for your own wellbeing and will let the facilitator know before the session if you have any health concerns. You are always in control of your breath and can slow down, switch to gentle nasal breathing, or stop at any time.
