A powerful session to rewire limiting beliefs through breath and embedded affirmations. Perfect for activating focus, inner drive, and self-belief.
๐น Week 3 โ You Can Do It (23 mins breathwork)
Activate inner strength. This journey is designed to rewire your mind for confidence, courage, and success.
๐น Week 4 โ The Origin Journey (35 mins breathwork + integration)
Return to your authentic self. This deeper journey builds toward a cathartic release followed by deep integration, restoring emotional balance and inner peace.
