Free introductory talk - learn the authentic Kriya Yoga passed on by an unbroken lineage of realized masters.The ancient science of Kriya Yoga handed down by the unbroken L ineage of the Masters can be learned and experienced in Szekelyudvarhely, Romania.
Lecture will be led by Yogacharya Nada Steinmann , an authorized Kriya Yoga teacher in this great lineage.
This talk is an introduction to Kriya Yoga. One will get to know about its meaning, practical application and benefits:
-how to stay calm and focused
-how to control the mind
-how to live a balanced live
After the lecture on Friday 24.10.2025 , there will be an opportunity to learn and practice Kriya Yoga meditation techniqes on the following days: 25 & 26.10.2025
