Want to feel safer and more confident in critical situations? Our introduction course to self-defence is the perfect way to start developing essential skills that could one day save your life. Designed for adults of any fitness level, this course will equip you with the basic knowledge and techniques of self defence.

Four Wednesdays: 09th, 16th , 23rd, and 30th of October 2024
Luchtime classes: 12:10 - 1 pm
