The Academy trains for 6 certifications and ratings, professional development, immersive Atlas experience, Certified Flight Instructor and high-performance aircraft time building, leading to a guaranteed interview for a first officer position with Atlas Air for those who qualify.
Throughout the journey, cadets will get to know Atlas Air's dynamic and global culture, both in-person and through an exclusive online community. The Atlas Cadet Academy is in West Chicago at DuPage Airport (KDPA). Part 141 training is provided by Illinois Aviation Academy.
