This workshop aims to provide parents with information and practical tips on introducing solids and family nutrition, while continuing to breastfeed, pump or combi-feed.The workshop is 1 hour and is immediately followed by our Playgroup & Social, where parents can have the opportunity to meet and talk to other mums who are breastfeeding.
In this workshop we explore complimentary feeding, BLW and managing / maintaining your milk supply.
Children of all ages welcome. Fathers / partners welcome.
There will be a variety of LLL gifts, literature and information packs for sale, related to the topic, so you may wish to bring some cash with you, in case there's something you'd like to buy.
LLLGB is a registered charity, and as such, we welcome donations to help pay for our ongoing group costs. Parents can donate any amount they wish to, but a suggested donation of £3.00 per mother or £5.00 per couple is appreciated.
Donations are payable in cash on the day.
