Looking for a fun, creative day out?
Whether you’re completely new to clay, a potter wanting to expand your surface decoration skills, or an art teacher keen to bring new techniques into the classroom - this workshop is for you!
What is Sgraffito?
Sgraffito is a beautiful decorative technique where you scratch through layers of coloured slip to reveal the clay beneath, creating striking, textured designs.
During this full-day workshop, you'll experiment with sgraffito on test coasters and then decorate your own ceramic platter, which will be clear glazed and fired for you after the session. Bring your own design or choose from a selection of templates.
Spots are starting to fill up! Choose from two dates and make a day (or weekend) of it on the Surf Coast:
- Friday 17 October
- Saturday 18 October
