Intro to Zumba

This class is for students who have never danced before, but would like to try some simple steps and routines. This class will focus on learning the basic steps to Salsa, Cumbia, Cha Cha, and Merengue and then incorporating them into a simple dance routine. Zumba is an empowering beginning body movement class that fuses Latin American music and super easy to follow dance rhythms to create a dynamic routine that helps connect you to your soul, mind and body awareness. Dance therapy is used as a tool to heal the body and mind connection, helps our cognition and memory, and can heal our emotions and open our energy centers.
