This progressive workshop will take place the first four Tuesdays of the month downtown at 7pm, and the first four Sundays of the month at our 86th & Ditch location at 10:30am. Each week builds upon the content learned the previous week.Investment = $55
Workshop Includes: 4 weekly class sessions, as well as 2 weeks of unlimited mat based classes.
This four-class series is designed for brand new yoga students, or those that would like to review the fundamentals of yoga.
In this workshop, we will introduce basic alignment and breathing techniques in a non-competitive, fun, relaxed atmosphere.
