The New Year is a time for renewal, making it the perfect opportunity to begin a new practice that can reset and recharge your body and mind.
In this series of classes, you will learn the fundamentals of yoga, including terminology, breathing techniques, key yoga poses/postures with variations, as well as be introduced to each type of class we offer at Breathe Yoga Chelsea so that you can discover what practice feels best in your body, and feel confident about continuing your practice in group classes from our regular schedule.
Each week will build on the information from the week before, and throughout this course, you will learn how to develop a healthy and compassionate practice that will continue to guide you along the path of yoga, no matter your age, level of ability, or flexibility.
Investment: $99 for 4x75 minute sessions, includes the use of our yoga mats and studio props.
