This is a basic wet felting class in which you will explore the process of wet felting from layout to final product.
About this Event

Wool, yarn, bamboo and other fibers will be available to give you lots of options for colors and textures as you create a 12" x 10" inch (approximately) piece of sturdy felt. Your felted creation can be transformed into bookmarks, coasters, a table centerpiece or framed as it is. Come with some ideas of colors and design to help jump start your project. All materials and supplies are provided.

Instructor Alice Shupe is a local fiber artist and instructor who teaches felting in many locations across the Piedmont. Alice is co-founder of Sheep in a Tree, an educator, story teller and fiber artist based in the Raleigh area.
