About this Event
We’re back with the second edition of our Intro to Weightlifting workshop! Tackling back and lower body lifting form in this one - we will focus on using weights in basic squats and deadlifts and how to use our core to strengthen our back in these movements. No previous experience lifting weights necessary! This workshops will include many variations to make these lifts more accessible or more challenging so all experience levels welcome!
