This is an introductory session on Transcendental Meditation led by the Oklahoma City TM Center. This free public talk is presented by John and Patricia Smircich, longtime practitioners trained directly by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi.
Presented in the spirit of David Lynch’s lifelong interest in transcendental meditation and the creative process, the session covers the fundamentals of TM and explores how the practice can support creativity, expanded awareness, and deeper inner perception. Whether you are new to meditation or interested in how consciousness shapes creative insight, this discussion offers a clear, welcoming entry point.
No prior meditation experience is required. All are welcome.
