About this Event
Join us for a fun and informative introduction to trail running. Whether you're a beginner wanting to explore the trails and learn some skills, or an experienced runner looking to sharpen your technique this series is perfect for you.
This 3 part series will cover the basics of trail running, including trip planning, proper shoes, gear, hydration, and uphill/downhill technique...and so much more! Each session will build upon the information and skills learned in the previous session. A great low-stress environment to learn and practice new things in a supportive community!

- Wednesday 6/19 @ 6:30p at Triple Tree TH (upper)
- Wednesday 7/17 @ 6:30p at Drinking Horse TH
All particpants should bring running shoes and water. Each session will last 75-90 mins. We won't be running/hiking the whole time, there will be plenty of time practicing skills and answering questions.
