We are excited to start a monthly Intro to Track Running series. We want to build community around track runs and the fun it can bring!
About this Event

Fleet Feet Boulder is excited to partner with Atomic Track Club on an Intro to Track Running Series. This will be a welcome and open community for runners of all levels. We know that Track Running can be intimidating and challenging to runners, so we want this series to:

Equip you with the foundations of track running
Introduce you to a variety of beginner track workouts
Create a community where you feel supported by one another
Show you how running track can be both fun and rewarding.

The workouts start at 6pm but we suggest you arrive by 5:30 for a thorough warm-up. Workout is expected to finish by 7pm. We are meeting twice a month until the end of the year at these dates:

Sep 30, Oct. 14 and 28, Nov. 11 and 25, Dec. 9 and 30.

This series will meet at the Track at Manhattan Middle School. Excited to see you there!
