Session One: Let’s get started! (Friday, 7-9 pm)

– Introduction to diaphragmatic breathing
– The healing benefits of the “humble hum”
– Working with intention and why it matters
– Introduction to intentional listening
Session Two: Pure Sounding (Saturday, 9 am-12 noon)
– Introduction to toning
– Exploring vowel sounds
– Introduction to the vagus nerve
– The power of Aum
– The wonders of Nitric Oxide
Session Three: Expressive Sounding (Saturday, 2:30-5:30 pm)
– How our voices can move energy
– The art of vocal intervention
– Using our voices to ground and set boundaries
– Resonators and formants
– Voicing our many “selves”
Session Four: Integration (Sunday, 9 am-12 noon)
– Introduction to Harmonic Chanting
– Exploring being a transmitter and a receiver
– Integrating sound and intentional listening into daily life
