This class is designed to give you a basic understanding of tea. You will also have the opportunity to sample tea from 8 different categories while we learn about them!

-What is tea?
-A brief history of tea
-What are the different categories of tea and how many are there?
-How to brew (iced or hot)
-The difference between loose-leaf tea and tea bags
