Intro to Strength Training is a beginner-friendly workshop designed to help you feel more confident and comfortable getting started. Led by Sunny Bayne, this small-group session serves as a group consultation and movement screening—not a high-intensity workout.
We’ll begin with a guided roundtable conversation around goals and experiences, followed by a low-sweat movement screening to help you understand your baseline and what kind of training might be right for your body, goals, and budget.
