Workshop Outline:
This intensive two day workshop will teach documentary photography with a focus on capturing genuine, authentic moments of human connection (not just limited to street photography) and applying these skills to everyday life.
Workshop Program:
Day 1: Theoretical Session (3 Hours)
• Why Do We Take Photos? — The purpose and impact of photography
• Basics of Photography with Mobile
• Street Photography
• What is street photography?
• How to shoot in the street & interact with people
• Ethics of street photography
• Documentary projects vs. daily life photography
• Editing & Publishing
• Basic editing skills for photos & videos
• Preparing work for sharing
Day 2: Practical Session (Full day)
• Street Photography Tour: Guided walk to practice street shooting techniques
• Hands-on practice interacting with people and capturing real moments
• On-location video shooting exercises
• Group photo/video review and discussion
• Sharing work & feedback: how to grow and continue developing
• Social media tips: presenting your work to reach an audience
