REGISTRATION NOW OPEN!By the end of this program, students will have acquired the basic skills of a BJJ white belt, performed foundational BJJ techniques, and executed basic takedowns. This course will help beginner students become comfortable participating in our regularly scheduled group classes. Open to anyone, all affiliations.
Age Restriction: 15+
Location: Sabens Martial Arts Academy, 1224 West Main, Carbondale, IL
Duration: 6 weeks, Begins Monday, October 27. Classes will be held every Monday from 5:30 - 6:30 pm through December 1.
