Vegan South Indian food is often considered healthy due to its emphasis on plant-based proteins, fiber-rich ingredients, and healthy cooking methods, leading to a nutrient-rich and balanced diet.
In South India, heavy rainfall, warm climate and the soil allow beautiful fruits and vegetables to grow in abundance. South Indian cuisine offers tasty dishes with unique flavors retaining its freshness. You will get a sneak preview to South indian cooking and get to enjoy a light dinner of four or five traditional dishes.
In keeping with Eat for the Earth's commitment to food that is good for you, good for the Earth, and good for all Lifekind, these dishes will all be whole food plant-based, free of added oil, and low in salt, while still being incredibly delicious!

Drive towards the back of the parking lot. About halfway down you will see a smaller parking lot towards the left. We are in Sundean Hall, between the side parking lot and the street.
