In this class, we will talk about how to culture your own sourdough starter, basics of bread making and how to make your own sourdough loaf!
About this Event

Sourdough bread has an incredible flavor and our easier on our bodies to digest. Keeping a sourdough starter in your house can feel like an easy pet that you feed and watch grow. In this class, we will talk about how to culture your own sourdough starter, sourdough culture care, basics of bread making and how to make a simple but delicious no-knead sourdough loaf. 

At the end of class, we will enjoy some freshly baked bread. Bring some spreads to share for an after-class lunch.

Bring a container so that you can take some of our sourdough starter home with you!

Disclaimer: Class size is limited to ensure maximum participation. Acceptance into the class is on a first paid/first-served basis. Once we are sold out, we can't guarantee a place in the class. Walk-up purchases the day of class will incur an additional $5 charge, so make sure you purchase by 11:30 PM the night before class! Space or class materials are not guaranteed if you have not purchased a ticket online.

Come prepared: Dress for a farm, which includes: sun hat, closed-toe shoes, bring a refillable water bottle (can refill at the farm), sunscreen, and comfortable clothes
