You’ll learn the origins and uses of instruments like crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, and tuning forks, and how sound can support stress relief, emotional balance, and meditation practices.
The experience includes a full sound bath session, allowing you to rest, release, and integrate the knowledge through direct experience. Ideal for wellness practitioners, educators, and community leaders interested in offering healing through sound as part of community service and holistic outreach.
