Love jewelry? Love making beautiful things? Why not combine those loves into a unique one-of-a-kind experience creating your own fine silver (.999) pendant or pair of earrings!!
Come join Kara Brown, certified Art Clay Silver Instructor, in this highly interactive class where students will learn about making jewelry using fine silver metal clay! You’ll learn how to use texture plates to add pattern and dimension to your piece. A variety of cutters will be available to choose from or you can choose to cut your piece freehand! Once your piece has dried, you’ll learn how to refine the piece and prepare it for firing.
All the tools you will need will be provided for your use during the class and the cost includes enough fine silver clay for you to make a pair of earrings or a pendant.
Note: For this class, your pieces will be fired off-site and polished for later pick-up.
