Rachel's counseling style is eclectic and her techniques are not limited and ever changing with new information being discovered.
The focus is on shadow-work, mindfulness, and holistic treatment styles. She incorporates the mind, body, and spirit.
We all have the power within us to make positive changes, learn about ourselves, set goals, and feel better.
