About this Event

Filmmakers Carrie Hunter and Austin Hermann are working with the Chattanooga Filmmaker's Guild to offer a free Intro Screen Acting Workshop.

Seats are limited to 8 participants, and you must be an adult to participate or be over 16 and have a parent who will stay for the entire session with you.

The workshop would benefit those who are either beginning/intermediate level screen actors.

We will review the basic film terms, practice hitting marks, and learn how to change performance for different shots. Afterward, you will practice a short scene on camera.

An optional zoom workshop will be held the week before to prep you for your scene and will be at a time that suits as many participants as possible.

Please ensure you can commit to the dates before signing up and immediately email us if you cancel. After signing up, please send either your headshot/snapshot (it doesn't need to be professional) and a short paragraph on your background to clhfilm(at) gmail.com.
