You are not a stick figure that only moves forwards and backwards! You are meant to bend, rotate, side flex and be strong in all those positions! This workshop will open up a 3-dimensional world to your strength training and upgrade your human GPS. Adding rotational strength training into your routine will help you improve balance, coordination, and mobility. It’s also very functional and can help athletes of many different sports produce more explosive power and speed!
