We are super excited to have Jada Tessier leading the Intro Restorative Yoga workshop! Restorative yoga and the somatic experience are closely intertwined. Both focus on enhancing bodily awareness and relaxation. In restorative yoga, poses are held for extended periods with props supporting them, facilitating deep relaxation and the release of tension.
