Bring lunch and join the discussion about what you need to consider before you rent out a property you own, or to start a career as a property manager.
We will discuss an overview of the business side of property management; South Dakota and Federal laws which must be followed by all landlords and managers and what you need to do before deciding to rent your home out as a vacation rental.
This class will be taught both in-person or can be attended on Zoom by Carol Lawhun, owner of Carol's Classes LLC real estate school. She holds a Broker real estate license in South Dakota.
NOTE: Students will receive a reminder email with the zoom link from EventBrite. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and water will be provided for people attending in our classroom.
