New to Pole Dance/Fitness? This is the perfect place to start. Learn the fundamentals from the *Very* beginning with other people who are also new to aerial silks. We will teach you the basics with patience and care. There is an additional review class that is included! but not required. That review class is on Thursdays at 6:00 pm.Get started on a new fitness journey that will help you gain strength and appreciation for what your body can achieve
