Welcome to our Intro To Play-Based Art (for adults) Workshop!
Come join us for a fun and interactive workshop where you'll explore the freedom of play-based art and escape into a world of texture and colorful visual experiences through the creative process. You will be in a supportive, playful and relaxing environment, where you can let go of anything holding you back from just enjoying the process of letting your inner creative have a voice. This workshop is perfect for anyone looking to unleash their creativity in a playful and inviting process, while also learning about some of the tools or materials you may be interested in to start your own creative self care based practice at home.
What to expect:
- Listen to your intuition, let go of your worries or fears, and learn how to create art through the lens of play
- Be supported in the exploration of using variety of art materials, supplies and techniques, through demonstration and hands on activities.
- Discover new ways to express yourself and reduce stress through play-based art.
- Connect with other people who want to explore their creative side

- Learn the basics on how to use different art materials, tools and mediums to start your own creative practice.
