Dive into a colorful adventure in this thrilling class at the Santa Paula Art Museum’s Cole Creativity Center! Join teaching artist Jem Morris for a six-part exploration of oil painting, through the arrangement of everyday objects. Prepare for stimulating discussions and enjoyable exercises that will guide you on your journey to creating your very own masterpiece!This six-part course will be taught on six consecutive Wednesdays: February 26, March 5, March 12, March 19, March 26, May 2, 2025 from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
This course is for ages 16 and over. The cost of the six-part course is $225 per person. All skill levels are welcome and all materials are provided. Preregistration is required and space is limited. The course will be held inside the Cole Creativity Center located at 123 N 10th St, Santa Paula, CA. Free parking is available directly behind the building and students may enter through the front or back door.
