About this Event
Curious about non-monogamy, but unsure where to start or how to do it well?
This workshop is designed for folks who want to explore ethical, consensual non-monogamy in a way that prioritizes honesty, communication, consent, and care. Or perhaps you want to “level up” your monogamous relationship with some pretty radical tools? Either way - This is a space for learning how to build relationships with intention and integrity.
Be ready to do the work!
This isn’t a sit-back-and-listen kind of workshop. I’m going to make you think, feel, and participate. It’s real work... and yes, it’s fun. Bring a partner (or partners), a friend, or just your curious, brave self.
- 90 minutes of hands-on, practical tools you can actually use
- Honest conversations about communication, consent, boundaries, and sexual health
- An open Ask Me Anything segment. Nothing is off-limits, and no question is too weird
- A take-home Do the Work Toolkit* with worksheets and resources commonly used when exploring non-monogamy
What we'll cover (agenda):
- Shared Language surrounding non-monogamy - To reduce intimidation, surface assumptions, normalize curiosity
- Individual Reflections: Knowing yourself first - To Anchor non-monogamy in self-awareness, not theory
- Communication in Practice - To build real-world communication skills participants can use immediately
- Boundaries, Agreements & Common Pitfalls - To normalize structure and prevent common sources of harm
- Integration: Setting Yourself Up for Success - To translate insights into action beyond the workshop
- Closing Circle - Emotional containment, closure, and completion
*The “Do the Work” Take-Home Toolkit
Participants receive a practical toolkit of worksheets, prompts, and reflection exercises designed to support ongoing conversations about communication, boundaries, consent, and emotional safety. These are tools you can return to at your own pace. Not homework (unless you like homework), not rules, just support for real life.

• All genders
• All sexual orientations
• All experience levels
• All relationship structures
(monogamous, open, polyamorous, curious, solo, partnered, etc.)
