Students will learn the basics of MIG/wire feed welding and using a hand-held plasma cutter, practice both, and then create a unique piece of their own! We will also have the option of welding a simple bird should you choose to use the outline provided rather than creating your own.Please wear all natural fibers (like cotton; we recommend jeans and a t-shirt/sweatshirt) close-toed shoes, full length pants, and no loose/dangly garments or jewelry. We recommend bringing a natural fiber jacket in case you get chilly, as we may open the door for more ventilation. We also suggest bringing a water bottle! Otherwise, just bring yourself and be ready to have a good time!
Age 16+, under 18 MUST be accompanied by a guardian.
