About this Event
Learn how to create a beautiful tree of life pendant. In this class you will learn to saw and pierce, file, texture, and form, as well as finish a fine crafted work of copper. We will texture and saw the main pendant, then make a bale with wire (bale will be a bit different than in image). We will finish the work with a patina and shine.
Please wear natural fibers, close-toed shoes, full length pants, and have any long hair pulled back. If you would like to bring your own safety glasses you may; otherwise, we will have extras here.
*Age 16+ (under 18 MUST be accompanied by a guardian)
This workshop is part of our "Inclusion" series where we invite anyone who may not feel comfortable using these tools to join us in the metal or wood shop (or both!), learn some new skills, and meet other people who are also new to this! All of our instructors for this series are prepared for complete beginners, we hope you will join us!
