Intro to Meditation series (Friday evenings)
3 weeks class series

We are asked all the time about "how do we meditate". Well, this 3 week series is going to address just that. 1 class a week to explore and practice different techniques of meditation for 3 weeks. Register with a friend so you can practice the techniques together outside of class!
Week 1: Introduction and discussion, visualization, body self scan
Week 2: Recap, Body self scan, Guided Meditation with prompts
Week 3: Recap, Guided journey meditation & Meditate on a Mantra
Class meets at Aspire Wellness at 5pm; class length is 45 minutes
$35 (single ticket)
$50 (BOGO - great option to bring a friend!)
