This 2-part course will be run over two Monday evenings and will help you embrace meditation for transformation in all aspects of your life. The evening includes time for questions/discussion and refreshments. All participants will receive a free gift to get them started on their meditation journey.

Part two: Monday 21st October 6:30pm until 8:00pm

Meet your meditation hosts:
Chris and Anna have been sharing the gifts of meditation and yoga for over 20 and 15 years respectively at studios, community centres, organisations, universities, festivals and the corporate sector all around Australia. They find great joy and purpose through helping others live in a holistic way to support a healthy balance of mind, body and spirit. Chris and Anna's down to earth approach opens the door to anyone seeking to cultivate their spiritual journey and in turn find inner peace and happiness.
