Curious about flying? Intro to Lyra is a four-week beginner series designed to introduce you to the fundamentals of aerial hoop in a supportive, confidence-building environment.
Over the course of four weeks, you’ll learn essential grips, mounts, poses, and transitions while building strength, body awareness, and trust in yourself and the apparatus. Each class focuses on safe technique, controlled movement, and foundational skills that prepare you for continued aerial training.
No prior aerial experience is required — just a willingness to try something new and have fun in the air. This series is perfect for first-time flyers or students looking to solidify their basics before moving into higher-level lyra classes.
