Join us for a beginner course on the AP Laser with Makerspace Director Heather Staggs. In this class, participants will learn the basic functions of the laser design and what items can be engraved or cut.
This class will explore the design software, Lightburn, and will practice shapes, text, and formatting. The group will learn cuts/layers, speed/power, and framing. We will also discuss downloading and using multiple file formats and conversions. Each person will leave with a small base practice piece from the AP laser.
