Intro to Kundalini Yoga and Sound

Curious about Kundalini but don't know where to start? This special introductory class will provide you with the general philosophies, movements, postures, and techniques of Kundalini Yoga! Learn about Mudras, Kriyas, and develop an understanding of the power of sound healing frequencies with us. This class will open with a quick meet and greet followed by a brief mantra before diving into the class material and movements before ending in a relaxing soundbath.
