Join Upma Kaur for an Intro to Kundalini Yoga , the Yoga of Awareness.
Students will practice breath work, exercises to help strengthen and balance the nervous and glandular systems, meditation and relaxation. Beginners and experienced students are welcome. Experience the upliftment, energy and peace of Kundalini Yoga!.
Yogis of all levels are welcome.
Studio is equipped with mats, blankets, bolsters, eye pillows. Come as you are and reset your nervous system.

Natalie is an E-RYT 500 Hatha teacher, Kundalini teacher and a Certified Sound Practitioner. She is also a continuing education provider with Yoga Alliance.
