This two-week intensive course over 4 sessions Tuesday and Thursday evening at 8pm offers a comprehensive introduction to Japanese Jiu-Jitsu. This course is meant to give you a taste of our club and let you see the many benefits of doing jiu-jitsu.

Week one: Self-Defence Basics
- Introduction to Japanese Jiu-Jitsu
- Basic stances footwork and movement
- The basics of falling safely
- Fundamental self-defence techniques against common attacks (e.g. grabs strikes)
- Practical drills and partner exercises
Week 2: Advanced Techniques and Personal Awareness
- Basic weapon defence (e.g. bottles sticks and knives)
- Basic Defence strategies against multiple attackers
- Basic ground defence
- Personal awareness and situational defence tactics
- Scenario-based training and simulation
