This process-oriented class is for everyone – from those without any art experience to experienced artists looking for self-connection and deeper fulfillment in their work.
The purpose of this class is to develop the inner awareness and confidence to follow creative impulses and personal intuition without censorship. We learn to attune to ourselves deeply, releasing into the creative process and overcoming blocks to self expression.
This class is entirely process oriented and introduces an abstact painting process using acrylics on canvas.
