About the Instructor:
Sukanya Burman is an accomplished Indo-Contemporary dancer, choreographer, and Artistic Director of Sukanya Burman Dance. Originally from Kolkata, India, Sukanya is trained in Bharatanatyam and Kathak and is known for her theatrical and cross-cultural approach to movement. Her work is rooted in tradition while fearlessly exploring modern narratives and global dance languages. Sukanya is passionate about making classical dance accessible and engaging for all.
