About this Event
This class is for all skill levels. No prior experience necessary.
This is an on-your feet workshop where you will practice empathetic communication and deeper listening through improvised play. You will play games, do storytelling exercises and build confidence in trusting your imagination and spontaneous reactions. You will also discover ways revitalize and retell old stories in a new way.
Why Improv?Pixar, Stanford, IDEO, Forbes, the New York Times, Harvard Business Review and many other organizations have advocated for improv in a variety of contexts: increases creativity, improves communication, increases productivity for team collaboration, is amazing business training, helps reduce anxiety and stress and be more resilient in the face of uncertainty and rapid change.
