This intro to Ikenobo Ikebana, the oldest school of Japanese flower arranging, is led by Sayo Harris. Sayo has been studying Ikenobo ikebana since 2009, and has achieved rank of the Professor of Ikebana, third grade in Ikenobo Floral Art. She teaches ikebana classes at Revolve, a co-op contemporary art space in RAMP studios in Asheville. She enjoys spending time in nature, observing subtle changes and small details. For her, Ikebana is a way to deepen that connection and appreciation. It has brought her much joy, and she would love to share it with you! No experience necessary!10:00 AM - 12:00 PM
