Intro to Hormone Yoga WorkshopSunday, July 20th at 10am-12pm
Bridgette will share the 5 min warm up that is part of the Hormone Yoga practice. HY is a 30 min set sequence that uses dynamic breath and movement along with a special Tibetan Circulation of Energy and short meditations to help alleviate symptoms of hormonal imbalances that come from PMS, Peri-Post Menopause, Hypothyroidism, PMDD and More.
When the warm up is used on it’s own, it is a wonderful source of energy and support for digestion and it also gets your joints and body moving with it’s invigorating techniques. She will also share a few of the exercises from the main practice which will give you a great taste of the full Hormone Yoga practice.
We will close with restorative yoga and a few additional relaxation techniques to help release tension from the body and mind.
Torus Center will be offering the Full Hormone Yoga Workshop in the Fall with Bridgette Shaw-Bane – more info coming soon!
Investment: $45
